Privacy Policy

Greyfur Studio LLC ("Greyfur Studio," "we," "us") builds Parsley and other apps for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information we collect through our apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Parsley and any other app that links to this page.

Information we collect

• Content you save. Recipes and other content you add are stored on your device. If you create an account, that content also syncs to our backend (Google Firebase) so it's available across your devices.
• Account information. If you sign in, we collect the email address (or sign-in identifier) associated with your account.
• Usage and diagnostic data. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand feature usage and diagnose crashes. This includes device type, OS version, coarse usage events, and crash logs — it does not include the content of your recipes.
• Advertising data. Some apps show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your permission choices (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), AdMob may use identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads.

How we use this information

We use the information above to operate core app features (like syncing your saved content), keep apps stable, understand which features are useful, and — where applicable — show and measure ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us run our apps, currently Google (Firebase and AdMob). We do not share your content or account information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Your choices

• You can decline app tracking when prompted; this limits ad personalization but not core app functionality.
• You can delete your account and associated synced content from within the app, or by contacting us.
• You can use most apps without creating an account, in which case your content stays on your device only.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data retention and security

We retain account and synced content for as long as your account is active, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps change. We'll update the date above when we do.
